1. **Scope of Inspection**: Our inspections are conducted in accordance with industry standards and are limited to visible and accessible areas of the Motor Home, RV or Travel Trailer. We will notify you of any findings during the inspection process. We maintain the right to refuse completion of work due to unknown conditions, safety and health assessments.

2. **Liability Limitation**: ARVI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from our inspection services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the inspection. At any time an Inspector/Engineer does not feel comfortable with any aspect of the inspection or cleaning process, they do maintain the right to limit their services to accommodate their safety and well being as well as the protection of the unit being processed.

3. **Inspection Process**: All inspections aim to provide an objective assessment of the Motor Home, RV or Travel Trailer. However, note that conditions may change after the inspection, and ARVI cannot and will not warrant or guarantee the ongoing condition of the vehicle.
