Frequently Asked Questions:
Why do I need an inspection? An RV inspection is crucial to identify hidden structural, safety, or mechanical flaws—such as water damage, operational issues, or faulty appliances—before purchasing, saving you from expensive repairs. A qualified, third-party inspector provides a detailed, unbiased report on the unit's true condition, helping you negotiate a fair price, ensure family safety, and avoid buying "someone else's problem"
How long does an Inspection take to complete? Depending on the size and style of your RV the inspection can take from a few hours or up to 10+ hours to complete. In order to complete the inspection the unit needs to have Electrical, Water and Sewer hookups. Otherwise, our inspection process can be limited.
How do you do billing for your service? Once both parties have determined the day, unit type, and inspection type, we calculate the travel time using GPS and offer you a quote/estimate for the project. When you accept the quote/estimate I will send you an invoice to be paid upon acceptance via email or text. Currently we can only accept Cash, Cash App or PayPal.
Do I or someone I appoint, need to be on site during the inspection? No. You do not need to be present during an inspection. However, having someone there in the event we need to speak to someone, is always helpful. If you are a full time RVer and have Pets, they do need to be removed during the inspection.
Why do I need training on how to use my RV? Training on how to use your RV is essential for safety, protecting your investment, and ensuring an enjoyable experience. It teaches crucial skills for managing large vehicles, navigating complex systems (electrical, propane, plumbing), and performing maintenance, which helps avoid costly repairs and dangerous situations, especially for new owners.
I just need my roof cleaned, how much does that cost? Professional RV roof cleaning typically costs between $4 and $5 per linear foot as an add-on service, or around $200–$500+ for a full wash that includes the roof. Prices vary by RV size and roof condition, often ranging from $10–$15 per foot for full exterior cleaning. All Cleaning services are price individually based on condition of the RV. Pricing is subject to change.
